How does it work?

We meet once a month in a small, intimate group to dive deep into a book that challenges traditional thinking. Each meeting begins with a casual check-in, followed by a meaningful conversation where we reflect on the book’s insights and how they apply to our life and leadership. We wrap up by setting personal actions based on those reflections, ensuring that the ideas turn into real-world changes.

What will I gain?

By joining Reflective Rebels, you’ll experience:

Clarity and Insight: Gain fresh perspectives on leadership, life balance, and personal growth through our carefully chosen books and discussions.

Meaningful Connections: Build deep, authentic relationships with like-hearted people who are also on a journey of growth and self-discovery.

Actionable Takeaways: Each meeting will leave you with personal insights and real-world actions to apply immediately in your life and business.

A Supportive Community: Reflective Rebels is more than a book club—it’s a space where you can share your challenges and triumphs in a non-judgmental, growth-focused environment.

What are the books?

At Reflective Rebels, we choose books that challenge conventional thinking and inspire both personal and professional growth. Our reading selection spans a mix of genres—ranging from thought-provoking fiction to insightful non-fiction—so that each book sparks deep reflection and meaningful conversations.

We explore themes such as:

  • Mindfulness and Presence: Books that help you focus on living in the moment and finding clarity.

  • Vulnerability and Leadership: Insights on how vulnerability can make you a stronger, more compassionate leader.

  • Happiness and Joy: Understanding what it means to lead a fulfilling life, both at work and beyond.

  • Integrating Work and Life: How to balance success with personal well-being and true purpose.

The goal is to encourage you to think differently, take action, and lead with greater awareness.

For our first meeting, we’ll be diving into The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, a transformative book on mindfulness and presence.

After we explore the first three books, you'll have the opportunity to suggest your own ideas for future reads, making sure the selection continues to resonate with everyone in the group.
